- OVERVIEW : This was our first River Cruise and we loved it! With only 160 passengers, it’s a much more intimate experience than traditional Ocean cruising.
- POSITIVES : No crowds onboard, no tendering, no shuttle buses and no sketchy industrial ports to deal with. Instead you glide into the heart of each city, enjoy an included excursion in each city or town and walk your way through history.
- NEGATIVES: Entertainment might be a resident DJ or piano player and sometimes local performers, but don’t expect the entertainment of Ocean cruises. There are few balconies and they are tiny. Don’t be surprised if you have to double park and walk through another river boat when disembarking!
