OVERALL : The Island Princess is a perfect size at 2,200 passengers. The ship is large enough to be able to offer diverse, quality entertainment, activities and venues, but small enough to not feel overwhelming.

POSITIVES : Although this was a very long cruise at 54 days, the food menus were varied and the entertainers were refreshed regularly during the voyage. Some might consider the number of sea days to be a negative but we love sea days and all the ship has to offer.

NEGATIVES : The ship was fully booked and there was considerable chaos in the first few days in finalizing arrangements.  The tender process was incredibly slow which caused a great deal of aggravation. Overall the Island needs another complete refurbishment as she is showing serious signs of wear and tear.
