The Island Princess
- OVERVIEW : The Island Princess is a very well maintained older ship in the Princess fleet. A perfect size at 2,200 passengers, it never felt crowded yet offered diverse, quality entertainment.
- POSITIVES : Although this was a very long cruise at 47 days, the food menus were varied and the theatre entertainers were refreshed regularly during the voyage. Some might consider the number of sea days to be a negative but they filled our days with activities that kept us very busy.
- NEGATIVES : There were only two minor negatives on this ship. The hot tub vents were not functioning properly. As well Princess converted the back of deck 7 to cabins, removing a large part of the walking/running track. But definitely not serious issues.
