Carnival - Mardi Gras
- OVERVIEW : This cruise was one of the rare instances where Jim and I differ in our opinions. If you want non-stop activities with a lot of people, this is the ship for you and Jim loved it. I found it very crowded and very loud.
- POSITIVES : We booked one of the Havana staterooms and it was terrific. It has a lovely outdoor space including a patio, swing and lounging area.
- NEGATIVES : We have been on similarly sized ships that book 2/3 of the passengers booked on the Mardi Gras. This resulted in an overcrowded feeling and long lines. For example, we normally take advantage of the thermal suite but this one turned out to be drastically oversold and we sadly ended up having to cancel.
